WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
Our driver can meet you down by the escalator with a sign and we will escort you to our luxury sedan or limousine. Parking for this service is minimum $5.00. We require our drivers to be by the escalator 10 minutes prior to your arrival time. We provide meet and greet and curbside pick-up. For the curbside
option, to minimize time, you can call us when you get off the plane and provide the dispatcher with the confirmation number, so by the time you come down to the terminal, your car will be waiting for you right outside the door.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED, DO I GET CHARGE FOR WAITING TIME?
No, there are no waiting charges. We monitor your flight and are in constant communication with your
driver. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will always be there waiting for you. We guarantee there will be a driver for you even if your flight is delayed.

Yes, we are registered with PA PUC (Public Utility Commission) and also with PPA (Philadelphia Parking Authority) we are fully insured required by law.

CAN I PREPAY SO OUR GUESTS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY?
You can prepay the fare, gratuity and tolls so your client would not have to pay anything. We will require you to fax us the authorization for the service we are providing with the credit card number.
